Warranty

  1. We warrant to supply our products as described.
  2. Gem stones will be accompanied with a Certificate of Authenticity provided by a qualified gemmologist. We rely upon this certification in describing each item
  3. If an item purchased is faulty or not as described the customer is entitled to an exchange or refund.
  4. Customers should not rely solely upon the colour reproduction viewed on computer screens. Screen colour reproductions are influenced by the original photograph, your computer screen characteristics and adjustments.
  5. Customers should be aware that precious metals are often relatively soft and may mark easily if not handled with care.
  6. If you have any issues about any item supplied to you by us please contact our office directly and we will attempt to resolve any problems.
  7. All items sold are subject to the provisions and protections of Australian Consumer Law

Returns

  1. As jewellery and gem stones are individual and unique it is usually not possible to request a return and refund after purchase. These are high-value items and customers should choose carefully. It is our discretion as to whether we accept a return and/or exchange of an item as a result of a customer’s ‘change of mind’.
  2. If an item is faulty or not as described the customer is entitled to a repair, exchange for a similar item or refund.
  3. All items sent by post or courier are required the addressee’s signature as proof of delivery. We are not responsible for any arrangements a purchaser may make with their local courier for the delivery without a signature
  4. Returned goods must be in their original packaging and must not be marked in any way.
  5. It is your responsibility to pay the freight charges and insurance associated with any return. All returned goods must require the addressee’s signature on delivery.
  6. Please contact our office to discuss any returns prior to returning the item.
  7. We do not re-purchase second-hand jewellery or gems.
