What products does your company provide?

We provide natural white and colourful diamonds, and all kinds of natural gems stones, pearls and jade. 

What grading for the products displayed on website?

For all diamond’s products displayed on website, the color range is F-G-H; the clarity range is VS to SI.

What is 18K gold?

18K gold means products contain 75% gold. It’s common that 18K ring setting turning into slight yellow after wearing the ring for a long time. 

What karat gold products do you provide?

We provide 18K white, yellow and rose gold for displayed products on the website. Customers can make an order to personalize 9K, 14K in white, yellow or rose gold. We also provide ordering the other mental like platinum and silver. Please contact us if you want to purchase a personalized item.

What certificate do you provide?

We provide Australian council certificate for each item.

How to choose my diamonds?

Diamond’s prices are affected by weight, colour, clarity and cutting. Please contact us for a consultation.

How to grade diamond clarity?

Diamond’s clarity refers the degree of inclusion and nature of inclusion.

What certificate I can get if I purchased diamond merchandise?

We provide GIA certificate for GIA diamonds which are over 0.25ct, other store displayed pieces of jewellery we provided are certificated by Australian Jewelry Council Certificate.

How to grade diamonds?

Diamonds colour range is from D to Z by international diamonds grading institutions.

Can I customize my jewellery?

Yes, we do any customization. We proved by 3D craft and handcrafted by experts to manufacture the highest quality products.

Can I exchange old gold jewellery or remodel to new jewellery?

Yes, please contact us for enquiring any depreciation fee that charged for the replacement of old gold or that remodelling any new jewellery. 

Can I return customized merchandise after collecting it?

We do not accept any return or refund for customized merchandise, as customization is procced under the consent of the customer. customers need to check carefully before placing an order.

How long it will be if I place a customization order?

4 – 6 weeks, but it may be delayed in high season. Please contact us to obtain certain information before placing an order.

Why the price on the same product is different?

The market price for gold, diamonds, or gemstones or any other materials is changeable and unpredictable. Price on the same merchandise may be varied from weeks to weeks. Given this, all quotes can be retained for two weeks

What after-sale service that I can have?

We also provide cleanout service, customers can walk in the physical store to enjoy the service, or via delivery; however, the postage on delivery need to be afforded by customers.

How to protect pearl jewellery?

Pearls are organic substance, so in order to protect their surfaces and natural lustres, they must not contact with cosmetics, perfumes or any chemical substances. 

How can I avoid my jewellery damaged?

Jewellery is easy stained with grease, sweats or dust so that they lose lustre after wearing for a while. Thus, we put jewellery in a neutral detergent and soak them in warm water. Brush them softly and blow-dry. Wrap them individually by velvet cloth and put them in jewellery boxes. The 24K gold pieces of jewellery should avoid swimming water, perfumes, hairspray and other chemical substances.

How can I protect my jewellery from damaging or losing stone?

Diamonds and gemstones seated with 18K gold or platinum should be checked frequently; avoiding to hit jewellery to prevent gems or diamonds from losing accidentally.

Although diamonds are the hardest natural substance in the world, it is easy to scratch due to friction, therefore all diamond’s jewellery should be stored separately. The other jewellery like gems and jade should be treated in the same way as diamond’s jewellery.

What Sheer Brilliance Jewellers are specialized in?

Sheer Brilliance Jewelers are specialized in diamond merchandises and gemstone merchandises. SBJ always focusing on GIA diamonds, providing the most authoritative certificate for its merchandises. However, considering the different requirements of different customers, SBJ would adjust its plan to look for the most suitable diamonds for customers. Especially, for wedding rings, SBJ provides four claws or six claws and more with diamonds, or without diamonds ring seats. As for a diamond, SBJ provides 0.3ct, 0.5ct, 0.7ct, 1ct and more in ideal round cutting, cushion cutting or oval cutting, etc. Customers would have a wide range of options to consider and compare. 

Sheer Brilliance Jewellers is also specialized in Gemstone merchandise. We have varied gemstones available on the website and our physical store, including emerald, ruby, sapphire, purple sapphire, pink sapphire, tanzanite and tourmaline, etc. We are able to provide any gemstone with any certificate if the customer has a specific requirement.

Can I speak Chinese while calling via phone?

Yes, we provide English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Vietnamese service, please contact us if you need any assistant. 

Does the website contain all products that you have?

We still have major of product available in store. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you didn’t find anything interested in.

Can I reorder the same product at any time?

Usually, we can reorder the most products, but for a small amount merchandises that with unique design might be impossible to reorder. please contact us if you want to reorder anything that you are interested in. 

Why I cannot find a price below a product?

We don’t provide any price for the items that are currently not available. But for those items can be reordered, so please contact us when you want to place an order.
