Warranty
- We warrant to supply our products as described.
- Gem stones will be accompanied with a Certificate of Authenticity provided by a qualified gemmologist. We rely upon this certification in describing each item
- If an item purchased is faulty or not as described the customer is entitled to an exchange or refund.
- Customers should not rely solely upon the colour reproduction viewed on computer screens. Screen colour reproductions are influenced by the original photograph, your computer screen characteristics and adjustments.
- Customers should be aware that precious metals are often relatively soft and may mark easily if not handled with care.
- If you have any issues about any item supplied to you by us please contact our office directly and we will attempt to resolve any problems.
- All items sold are subject to the provisions and protections of Australian Consumer Law
Returns
- As jewellery and gem stones are individual and unique it is usually not possible to request a return and refund after purchase. These are high-value items and customers should choose carefully. It is our discretion as to whether we accept a return and/or exchange of an item as a result of a customer’s ‘change of mind’.
- If an item is faulty or not as described the customer is entitled to a repair, exchange for a similar item or refund.
- All items sent by post or courier are required the addressee’s signature as proof of delivery. We are not responsible for any arrangements a purchaser may make with their local courier for the delivery without a signature
- Returned goods must be in their original packaging and must not be marked in any way.
- It is your responsibility to pay the freight charges and insurance associated with any return. All returned goods must require the addressee’s signature on delivery.
- Please contact our office to discuss any returns prior to returning the item.
- We do not re-purchase second-hand jewellery or gems.
